Opening an account with us offers your many benefits. If you are an account holder and you, your colleagues or your clients are frequent flyers, you can enjoy some additional benefits. For every transfer you book with us, you get the following additional benefits as a minimum:

Account Applications
Becoming an account holder is simple. Quickly fill up the form with the required details, our accounts are available for you. Our support team would get back to you shortly once you submit the form.

Business Invoice Account
Our "Business Invoice Account" affords you with a pre-agreed credit limit against which you can make reservations. We send Invoices on a fortnightly basis.

TFly Corporate Account
Our "TFly Corporate" account gives the client better flexibility in making reservations. There are no minimum journey requirements and service charges. You simply have to make a reservation with a security code. We charge using your payment card charged using our state of the art secure payment gateway.

TFly Retail Account
Our "TFly Retail" account is designed with retailers in mind. Much like our TFly Corporate offers greater flexibility. Service charges are nil. You just have to reserve and we charge using your payment card. This account would well suit travel agents and tour operators.

Additional Services

Baby seat
We offer infant, child and booster seats if need be at an additional charge of £6 for each seat. When you book with us online notify your request in the comment box or update us the age of the baby if you book over phone so that we can provide the right size.

Additional stop on the way
We do offer additional stops on your way on request. We charge £5 in addition for every stop on the way (not diversion). When you book with us, you may notify in the comment box the place to stop or contact us and let us know where exactly you need to stop.

Diversion
For any diversions on your way, you need to specify the details while you book with us. Our support team

would get back to you to reconfirm the cost of your journey along with the diversion as soon as possible. You can also contact us through the support ticket. If you book by phone, our team would give you the journey price instantly.

Checking your flight
Once you book with us for an airport transfer, we record your flight number and arrival timings. We do monitor the arrival of flights and our drivers wait for your arrival at the meeting points with the sign board of your name.

Waiting time
We usually dispatch our chauffeurs into the airport terminals 15 minutes after the flight landing time for European flights and 30 minutes after for intercontinental flights, unless you specify otherwise. This is to allow you time to clear the immigration/customs and collect your luggage. Our chauffeur waits at the airport information desk at the arrivals with a name board. In addition to the pickup time you have preferred after flight landing, we provide 30 minutes waiting time for free. Any waiting time after this is charged £0.35 for every minute.

Car Park fee
When you book with us for an airport transfer, we include the airport parking fee in the journey price when you take off from the airport. We do not charge additionally for the cark park fee later when taking off from the airport.
